Cancellation Policy

I know sometimes it is difficult to give notice if you are ill or if you have an unavoidable situation occur but do please contact me. I will not charge in these situations. However, please might I remind patients that I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which can incur a charge of 50% for missed and unfilled appointments. I ask that if you have any inclination that you might not be able to attend, then to let me know in good time as I do have others wishing to book in.

Traditional Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a recognised treatment for many health conditions and so most private health insurance companies now cover it in their policies. As a member of The British Acupuncture Council, I am recognised by insurance providers to provide acupuncture treatment to their policy holders. If you're considering having acupuncture why not check your policy or contact your insurer to find out?
